Ingredients

  • 200g basmati rice;
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 400g of mixed vegetables;
  • Salt and black pepper to taste;
  • 400g turkey breast in strips;
  • 2 tablespoons of honey;
  • 1 tablespoon of soya sauce;
  • 2 tablespoons of seed mix.

Preparation

  1. Cook the rice. Sauté the vegetables in a wok with olive oil and salt for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the olive oil and cook the turkey, seasoned with pepper, until golden.
  3. When the meat is browned, add the honey and soya sauce.
  4. Serve in a bowl, add the rice, then the vegetables and finally the turkey, sprinkled with seeds.
