Ingredients
- 200g basmati rice;
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 400g of mixed vegetables;
- Salt and black pepper to taste;
- 400g turkey breast in strips;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- 1 tablespoon of soya sauce;
- 2 tablespoons of seed mix.
Preparation
- Cook the rice. Sauté the vegetables in a wok with olive oil and salt for 5 minutes.
- Add the olive oil and cook the turkey, seasoned with pepper, until golden.
- When the meat is browned, add the honey and soya sauce.
- Serve in a bowl, add the rice, then the vegetables and finally the turkey, sprinkled with seeds.
