Para Portugal Continental, a entrega demora 2 a 3 dias úteis após a expedição, correspondendo a um prazo total de 3 a 5 dias úteis.

O envio é efetuado por uma transportadora selecionada pela Mel Pirata.

The Customer may return the order, in part or in full, within the first 14 days of receipt, with the exception of perishable products. To do so, please contact us using the form below or by emailing melpirata@melpirata.pt, who will inform you of the procedures to follow. Products must be returned by the same method, with all wrappings sealed and no evidence of tampering with the protective tape. Mel Pirata reserves the right to refuse returns where there is evidence of tampering with the wrapping or protective tape.
