Ingredients
- 2 pears cut into quarters;
- 1 sliced banana;
- 200g pineapple chunks;
- 100g blueberries;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- Cinnamon to taste
- Lime zest and walnuts to decorate.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Arrange the fruit on a baking tray, drizzle with honey and olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- When serving, add the lime zest and walnuts for texture and freshness.
