Ingredients

  • 2 pears cut into quarters;
  • 1 sliced banana;
  • 200g pineapple chunks;
  • 100g blueberries;
  • 2 tablespoons of honey;
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Lime zest and walnuts to decorate.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Arrange the fruit on a baking tray, drizzle with honey and olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
  4. When serving, add the lime zest and walnuts for texture and freshness.
