Ingredients

  • 80g oat flakes;
  • 35g of almonds;
  • 35g cashews;
  • 25g coconut shavings;
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon;
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup;
  • 500g of natural yoghurt;
  • Fresh fruit;
  • 1 tablespoon of honey.

Preparation

  1. Toast the oats, almonds and cashews in a frying pan.
  2. Add the coconut flakes and cinnamon.
  3. Drizzle with agave syrup and leave to caramelise.
  4. Serve the granola with yoghurt, fresh fruit and honey.
