Ingredients
- 80g oat flakes;
- 35g of almonds;
- 35g cashews;
- 25g coconut shavings;
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon;
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup;
- 500g of natural yoghurt;
- Fresh fruit;
- 1 tablespoon of honey.
Preparation
- Toast the oats, almonds and cashews in a frying pan.
- Add the coconut flakes and cinnamon.
- Drizzle with agave syrup and leave to caramelise.
- Serve the granola with yoghurt, fresh fruit and honey.
