Ingredients
- 300g diced pumpkin;
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon;
- 1 teaspoon of ginger;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- 260g curd cheese;
- Chopped walnuts;
- Mint leaves.
Preparation
- Boil the pumpkin in water and add the cinnamon, ginger and honey. Cook for 12 minutes.
- Grind the mixture into a smooth puree.
- Serve the pumpkin puree with the curd cheese, sprinkled with chopped walnuts and decorated with mint leaves.
