Ingredients

For the pasta:

  • 200g of wheat flour;
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • 100g margarine;
  • 50ml of water.

For the filling:

  • 3 apples;
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder;
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 2 tablespoons of honey;
  • Lemon juice.

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour, margarine and sugar. Add water and knead.
  2. Wrap the dough in cling film and set aside in the fridge for 45 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough and line an ovenproof dish. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  4. Slice the apples, drizzle with lemon and mix with honey, cinnamon and sugar.
  5. Place the filling in the bowl, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
