Our products are highly nutritious due to their low level of processing, which preserves their vitamins, minerals and other active compounds. Their anti-inflammatory and antioxidant potential is supported by scientific evidence, making them an excellent complement to a healthy diet.

To check the quality of our organic honey, you can consult the detailed product descriptions, read the reviews of other customers, and above all, order and taste!

Your order will be prepared immediately upon receipt of your order. All products are sent by post after confirmation of payment, and will be delivered the next working day by TNT/FedEx carrier, taking into account the approximate arrival time of 2-3 working days after leaving our establishment. If you haven't received your order after this period, please contact us using the form below or by emailing melpirata@melpirata.pt.

The Customer may return the order, in part or in full, within the first 14 days of receipt, with the exception of perishable products. To do so, please contact us using the form below or by emailing melpirata@melpirata.pt, who will inform you of the procedures to follow. Products must be returned by the same method, with all wrappings sealed and no evidence of tampering with the protective tape. Mel Pirata reserves the right to refuse returns where there is evidence of tampering with the wrapping or protective tape.
