Ingredients
- 260g of flour;
- 1/2 teaspoon of yeast;
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate;
- Grated ginger to taste;
- Orange zest;
- 110g butter;
- 270g of honey;
- 20ml orange juice;
- 125ml of milk;
- 2 eggs;
- 50g of sugar;
- Rosemary to taste.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 160ºC and grease cake tins.
- Mix the following ingredients together in a bowl: flour, baking powder, bicarbonate, ginger and orange zest.
- Melt the butter until it turns a frothy golden colour. Put it in a bowl with the honey, orange juice, milk, eggs and sugar and whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add the mixture from step 2 to the liquid mixture until all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Distribute into the moulds and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- To finish, garnish with orange zest and rosemary leaves.
