Ingredients
- 100 g pizza dough
- 100 g brie cheese
- 75 ml honey
Preparation
- Heat the oven to 300º C.
- Roll out the dough into a round shape with a diameter of 20 cm.
- Place the brie cheese on half of the pastry and close with the other half on top, pressing lightly with your finger until completely closed.
- Bake for three minutes (or until the calzone is golden brown).
- Remove from the oven, make a diagonal cut and, when the cheese has melted out of the calzone, brush the top with honey.
