Ingredients

  • 100 g pizza dough
  • 100 g brie cheese
  • 75 ml honey

Preparation

  1. Heat the oven to 300º C.
  2. Roll out the dough into a round shape with a diameter of 20 cm.
  3. Place the brie cheese on half of the pastry and close with the other half on top, pressing lightly with your finger until completely closed.
  4. Bake for three minutes (or until the calzone is golden brown).
  5. Remove from the oven, make a diagonal cut and, when the cheese has melted out of the calzone, brush the top with honey.
