Ingredients

  • 200g ribs;
  • 2 tablespoons of honey;
  • 1 sprig of rosemary;
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation

  1. Season the ribs with salt and place on a baking tray.
  2. Brush with honey and sprinkle with rosemary.
  3. Bake at 180ºC until golden brown. If necessary, add a little water.
  4. Serve with white rice.
