Ingredients
- 200g ribs;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- 1 sprig of rosemary;
- Salt to taste.
Preparation
- Season the ribs with salt and place on a baking tray.
- Brush with honey and sprinkle with rosemary.
- Bake at 180ºC until golden brown. If necessary, add a little water.
- Serve with white rice.
