Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary
Preparation
- Mix the honey, mustard, olive oil, vinegar and chopped garlic in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the chicken breasts in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure all the pieces are well covered.
- Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- If you like, add sprigs of fresh rosemary to the chicken before roasting for an extra touch of flavour.
- Serve the honey and mustard chicken with roast vegetables or a fresh salad.
