Ingredients

  • 300g diced pumpkin;
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon;
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger;
  • 2 tablespoons of honey;
  • 260g curd cheese;
  • Chopped walnuts;
  • Mint leaves.

Preparation

  1. Boil the pumpkin in water and add the cinnamon, ginger and honey. Cook for 12 minutes.
  2. Grind the mixture into a smooth puree.
  3. Serve the pumpkin puree with the curd cheese, sprinkled with chopped walnuts and decorated with mint leaves.
