Ingredients
- 1 tranche of salmon;
- Salt to taste;
- Pepper to taste;
- Juice of 1 orange or lemon;
- 3 tablespoons of honey;
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar;
- ½ cup of olive oil;
- 2 tablespoons of mustard.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the salmon on a baking tray and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together the orange or lemon juice, honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and mustard.
- Drizzle the salmon with this mixture and bake it in the oven, covered with greaseproof paper, for around 20 to 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs, if desired, and serve.
