Ingredients

  • 1 tranche of salmon;
  • Salt to taste;
  • Pepper to taste;
  • Juice of 1 orange or lemon;
  • 3 tablespoons of honey;
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar;
  • ½ cup of olive oil;
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place the salmon on a baking tray and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the orange or lemon juice, honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and mustard.
  4. Drizzle the salmon with this mixture and bake it in the oven, covered with greaseproof paper, for around 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs, if desired, and serve.
