Ingredients
For the pasta:
- 200g of wheat flour;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- 100g margarine;
- 50ml of water.
For the filling:
- 3 apples;
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of honey;
- Lemon juice.
Preparation
- Mix the flour, margarine and sugar. Add water and knead.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and set aside in the fridge for 45 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and line an ovenproof dish. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Slice the apples, drizzle with lemon and mix with honey, cinnamon and sugar.
- Place the filling in the bowl, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
